Mundanes

Non-muadra citizens of the United Human Collective (UHC) with limited rights of ownership and rulership. Officially known as 3rd class citizens. The Free States have over the last century tried to embargo the UHC to abolish this class distinction and abuse of rights. But the power of the UHC and the state-funded voluntary relocation of 2nd and 3rd class citizens to other realms have put a lid on these matters over the last decades. Within the UHC and on the worldweave the terrorist organisation known as the Mundane Brotherhood has begun to seriously threaten the safety and authority of 1st class UHC citizens. Recent terror attacks upon the amazing SkyCities of the UHC have led to increased enmity and persecution of mundanes throughout the UHC the last two years.
